Why shop online?

How do I pay when I shop online?
Generally payment would be made by credit card, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners card. Very few merchants will accept any other form of payment, although a few do accept telegraphic transfers. Check the merchant's site to see what form of payment they accept.

Is it safe to shop online?:
The internet is a very safe place to shop, as long as you are careful and take some precautions to protect yourself. When you shop online via a merchant that offers a SECURE SERVER, you are probably safer than when you use your credit card at an off line brick and mortar establishment. The easiest way to tell if the site is on a secure server is by looking at the address bar in your web browser. The site address must begin with https:// instead of the normal http://

I've tried to buy goods on the Internet before, but the store wouldn't ship to Oman. Are the companies on this site the same?
No. All merchants and providers featured in this site do ship to Oman. Having said that, sometimes things change - so if you find that any of the merchants on this site no longer service Oman, please contact us and we will remove them from the site.

There is an online company I've used personally and I'm happy with their service, but they are not listed in Yalla Oman. Can I recommend them?
Yes you may. Just let us know by contacting us. We'll review the site, contact the merchant and if we're satisfied by what we find, we'll add them to the site.
